What is brow lamination
Brow lamination is a two-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position.
If you have unruly, flat or downward growing hairs, eyebrow lamination can change the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks.

Correct

It’s ideal if you want to change your full brow shape, but did you know that our treatment can be tailored to correct smaller targeted unruly areas? Our stylists are trained to offer brow lamination in specific areas that suit your brow needs, perfect if you just want to add symmetry.
Lift
From an extreme brushed up look to a subtle lift (and everything in between), your brows will appear fuller in an instant using your existing brow hair, making it a great microblading alternative. In order to achieve this lift, brow lamination relaxes and reforms the hairs, which also makes them easier to manipulate in to your desired position – another bonus if you have unruly hairs! Your morning beauty routine just got a whole lot quicker.
BrowSculpt aftercare
- Oil daily to nourish your brows.
- Set when wet and style into shape.
- Condition them in the shower with standard hair conditioner.
- Brush daily (with care).
- Use oil based makeup remover to remove makeup GENTLY. Please do not use harsh, non oil based makeup removers.
- I strongly recommend the use of the HD Brows Tint Lock Serum to prolong the wear of your tint and keep brows conditioned after your treatment.
- Do not get your brows wet for 24 hours. This includes saunas, sun beds, sweating at the gym, swimming.
- Avoid exfoliating and anti-ageing products around the brow area for 3 days either side of the treatment.
- Avoid excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours.
- Avoid prolonged contact with direct sunlight or the use of sunbeds for 48 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid using any fake tanning products on the face for 2 to 3 days either side of the treatment. If you do wish to use fake tanning products on your face, apply a barrier to the hair and small area around the brow prior to tanning to prevent discolouration of your tint.
- Remember, your results will be darker and more defined immediately after your treatment. The make up applied is not permanent and tint will fade depending on the frequency of cleansing.
- Follow your stylist’s recommendations and avoid tweezing in between appointments.
- You must inform your HD Brows stylist immediately should you experience any swelling, itchy rashes, bruising, skin grazing or cuts after your treatment, so they can advise you on the correct procedure to follow.
- Follow aftercare advise 100%. Your stylist can tell if you are not oiling/conditioning your brows and following the aftercare given!
