Cancellation Policy (not including Microblading)

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary.

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, I respectfully request that you give at least 48 hours’ notice. This not only allows me to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time but allows me to offer this appointment to other clients.

Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of your reserved services. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not attend, you will be charged 100% of your booking total.

If you are late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

If you do not attend or cancel late three times or more, I will require a 100% booking fee of the value of the booked treatments to secure all future appointments.

In all cases, an invoice will be sent to you via email or text. This payment must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made. If any online pre-payments have been made this will be deducted from this fee.

New Clients

If you are a new client to me, you will be required to make a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your reserved services. This will secure your appointment and be taken as full or part payment for any late cancellations, under 48 hours, as per my cancellation policy above.

Microblading Cancellation Policy

All microblading appointments require a £100 booking fee to be paid upon booking in order to secure your allocated treatment slot. All booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled/rearranged giving 7 days’ notice. This includes the event of a no-show.

If the appointment is cancelled/rearranged less than 7 days in advance of your scheduled appointment, then the £100 booking fee will not be refunded. In such instances, an additional deposit will then be required to secure a new treatment date.

Unless already agreed, the full cost of your microblading treatment is payable on the day of your appointment, which will be the total cost less your £100 booking fee.

Please note, retouch appointments will also be charged an additional £100 if cancelled/rearranged without 7 days’ notice.

Treatment Payments

All payments for treatments must be made in full upon completion of your treatment. I accept bank transfers, all major credit and debit cards, and cash. If you are using a gift voucher, please bring this with you to your appointment.

All pre-treatment online payments must be received within 48 hours of the invoice being issued. If payments are not made within this time, the invoice and appointment booking will be automatically cancelled and you will need to contact me to rebook another appointment for you.


Please be aware that if you attend your appointment late, I may need to reschedule to a more suitable time. I can only wait a maximum of 5-10 mins after your appointment time to be able to start your services. Any longer than this and I will have to reschedule and you will be liable for the cancellation fee.

I always try my hardest to run to time and will always do my best to let you know if I am running behind.

Patch Testing Policy

*This is a legal requirement*

Some treatments may require a topical patch test to be completed prior to your first treatment, even if you have had the treatment done previously elsewhere. This will also be required if it has been more than 6 months since your last treatment. Please book a patch test appointment/collection in plenty of time.

The following treatments all require a patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booked appointment:

  • HD Brows / BrowSculpt / Brow Lightening
  • Brow Tint / Lash Tint
  • LVL Lash Lift
  • Microblading

There are no exceptions. Even if you have had the treatment elsewhere you will still need to be patch tested where it is needed. You can request a new patch test prior to each appointment if you would like to.

*Wax patch test – You also have the option to have a sensitivity topical wax test (please note, this is not compulsory).

Treatment Restrictions

Due to my insurance, I do have some treatment restrictions that we must abide by. These are listed below. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Tinting Policy 
Recent changes to EU legislation and our manufacturer’s guidelines of use for the HD Brow Dyes mean that we are unable to offer tinting services to the following:

  • Clients under 16 years of age 
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients (as per our manufacturer’s guidelines which advise that unnecessary exposure to chemicals should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding)

Below you will find a list of treatments that I cannot offer while you are expecting:

  • Brow tint
  • Lash tint
  • HD Brow (full treatment). NB. You can have the treatment minus the tint
  • HD BrowSculpt
  • HD Brow Lightening
  • LVL Enhance – I cannot perform this treatment until you are no longer pregnant and have finished breastfeeding, if this applies to you
  • Microblading – I cannot perform this treatment until you are no longer pregnant and have finished breastfeeding, if this applies to you

If you are under 18 you cannot have the full range of treatments. Please see the list below as to which treatments you can have:

Under 16
HD Brows Junior
HD Brows Express 
Facial waxing

Ages 16-18
You can have all of the above treatments plus:
HD Brows
LVL Lash Lift

You will need to get a parental consent form signed prior to any treatment I will provide. If you are under 16, you will also need a parent or guardian present throughout your treatment.

Friends & Family
I understand that you may wish to bring friends or family with you when you attend your appointment. Please understand that due to my insurance I do not allow anyone but the therapist and client being treated in the treatment room. This includes children of all ages.

While I understand this can be frustrating it is a safety issue for both us and your child. Please ensure you have childcare arranged prior to your appointment; if we have to reschedule on the day you will be liable for the cancellation fee.

This does not apply if you are the parent or guardian accompanying someone under the age of 16 who is having a treatment.


When possible please park on the drive behind my car. However, if there is no space when you arrive then please be considerate to my neighbours making sure not to block the private driveways either side of my property.
